Every resource in our library undergoes quality checks before being published. We ensure files are properly formatted, layers are organized in PSD files, and vectors are clean and scalable. If you encounter a technical issue with any resource, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
You Are Eligible for a Refund If:
- Technical Issues: Downloaded files are corrupted, cannot be opened, or are fundamentally different from what was advertised.
- Service Not Delivered: You purchased a membership but cannot access your account or download resources due to technical problems on our end.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same membership twice.
- Dissatisfaction Within 14 Days: You are not satisfied with your membership within the first 14 days of purchase.
Refunds Are NOT Available For:
- Change of mind after 14 days from purchase date
- Inability to use files due to lack of required software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Subjective dissatisfaction with design style or aesthetics
- Files that were successfully downloaded and used in projects
- Expired memberships (you must request refund before expiration)
Refund Request Process

- Your order number or transaction ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2 business days.
- Resolution: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated.
Warranty Terms
File Quality Warranty
We warrant that all downloadable resources are:
- Free from viruses and malware
- Properly formatted and openable in standard design software
- As described in the resource listing
- Suitable for commercial use as stated in our license agreement
Service Uptime Warranty
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our platform. While we cannot guarantee zero downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues, we commit to:
- Promptly addressing service interruptions
- Providing advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible
- Extending membership duration if significant downtime occurs during your active period
License and Usage Warranty
We warrant that resources in our library are properly licensed for distribution and commercial use. However, we recommend reviewing our License Agreement for complete terms regarding how you may use downloaded resources.
If you receive a copyright claim regarding a resource downloaded from PosterFree.net:
- Contact us immediately with details of the claim
- We will investigate and provide documentation of our licensing rights
- If the claim is valid, we will remove the resource and offer appropriate compensation
Membership Cancellation
Unlike many competitors, we do not use automatic renewal. Your membership expires at the end of your chosen period without any automatic charges. You are always in control.
If you wish to cancel before your membership expires:
- Contact support with your cancellation request
- Unused portion of your membership may be refunded at our discretion
- Refund amount will be calculated based on remaining time and usage
Exceptions and Special Cases
Force Majeure
We are not liable for inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events.
